So, in order to get to the island, you can't actually land on it. You land offshore, in the water, and then take a boat in. GPS wouldn't have the plane landing in the middle of the island. It'd have it showing on the edge somewhere. It has been proven that this is fake. I just don't have the source for it, unfortunately

So from what I saw, the sandbox tree is nicknamed this dynamite tree. The pumpkin looking fruit can explode and fling seeds anywhere from 150 to 300 ft away, averaging about 100 feet. There have been tribes that use the sap from spikes to make poisons, and some fishermen use the sap to poison fish. Quite a few articles out there that say this post is true.
