Well for me the piece of shit is the girl who is willing to cheat on her boyfriend. The fact that it happens with me is irrelevant, if she was gonna cheat she could do it with anyone else.
When I'm in a relationship I am 100% faithfull.
If I chat up a girl and she says she has a boyfriend I move on.
If a girl fails to let me know, or lets me know, but then keeps the flirting going, and ends up accepting to go out or stuff like that and then cheats on her boyfriend, I fail to see what I did wrong really. I'm not responsible for keeping her faithful.
Sure I could be the good guy who then does all he can to keep her from straying, but really.... why would I do that ? Chances are she would cheat with someone else (that is really I feel the only debatable point of my logic). It's her role to be faithful, just as it is MY role to be faithful when I'm in a relationship.

As a guy who doesn't see any morality issues with going after a girl who is in a relationship, yet doesn't consider myself as the fuckboy-douche type (although I'm guessing some of you wont agree), it heavily depends on the girl.

However I've been with girls who wouln't mention shit when you first hit on them, at a later point I would learn she had a boyfriend but she still keeps behaving with me as if she doesn't have one and flirting and shit, well in those cases I'll just ignore the fact that she has a boyfriend. As someone who is circumcised (for non religious reasons ) I dont feel like I was mutilated. Dick works fine, pretty sure its healthier (as in less risks of infection with reduced cleaning required), but I'd rather not be quoted on that as I haven't done appropriate research, and if anything I'd say it looks better.

Hell, obviously if youre broke you don't need the latest Iphone, but having a smartphone with a basic data plan is probably still a good idea. I lost my phone and had a shitty old nokia for a while, which happened to line up with the moment I was looking for an internship... Boy was it annoying.
If I didn't have a computer I couldn't skype conference if a potential employer wanted to, couldn't use any maps application to find the place where my interview would take place, hell, sending out resumes would've been a pain etc...
Nowadays owning a smartphone is a tool not a luxury, (obviously, owning the last model is a luxury), so there could definitely be hungry people with access to a device.

I would assume the point of a form is that it is standardised to your company, meaning all applicants fill it the same way, which mean you would be able to easily implement automated filters on thoses fields.
Example, you're looking for someone with a masters or higher in field X ? You can easily filter that "degree" field for words such as 'masters' and 'X'. A CV is customised by every applicant, so it makes filtering for specific information harde.
Obviously you might be missing out on some applications, but if you have A LOT of choice then do you really care ?
