16 reasons why kids suck 24 comments

Well, it is true, but that's normal for kids. I mean, a lot of the things above are the parents fault, but I don't want the responsability of having to ensure that that stuff doesn't happen. I don't know why I got downvoted, I didn't mean to diss children entirely, I was just stating that I don't want them.

I hate to be negative, but I kind of agree with alex1234, humans are awful. I mean, not all people. There are many amazing people in this world, but there are also one's who are destroying the environment, killing those animals for their fur, and doing countless other bad things. So yeah, people are amazing, but they are also terrible.

I get it, since I'm one of the people that is reminded that I don't have someone special. But, I guess the way I see it is that it's impossible to always be sensitive to how what you do makes others feel. Now, I'm not saying that this doesn't bother me, but I think, since they aren't intentionally being cruel or insensitive that it's not anyone's buisness if they choose to wear those shirts or not.
I don't know, that's just my opinion. But I do understand where you're coming from.

Granted, you have a point. But I don't think it's fair to "shame" people for wearing couple's t-shirts just because it will make a few people feel lonely.

Okay, true, some cats can be loyal and perhaps some dogs aren't. However, most dogs are loyal because it is their instinct, the are pack animals and if you treat them right then they will be loyal. Cats, on the other hand, are solitary by nature. So, I think that, as a generalisation, dogs are the more loyal species, but I'll admit that there are exceptions.
(Also, anyone else find it funny that a post about game stations turned into a debate between cats and dogs?)

I have to disagree with that because being fat isn't healthy. There is a huge difference between a curvy body type and straight up fat. Being overweight isn't healthy and I think that it is wrong to encourage people that it is okay to be 100 (or more) pounds overweight. However, I do believe that we should encourage people to be a healthy weight (which varies based on body type).
Why wait in line to go to the gym? Hmm, I don't know, maybe because exercise is healthy! You don't just exercise to be thin (or buff) but to be healthier and to feel healthier.

Agreed! Cats have pretty much no loyalty, but a dog is completely loyal!

Okay, here's the thing: there are many different body types. Some people are naturally thin, others are curvy. However, there is a point where curvy becomes fat and that is not healthy. On the other hand, there is a point that is too skinny, and that is unhealthy.
Big is not beautiful, curvy is. And skinny is beautiful too. Basically, beauty is being whatever weight that is healthy for your body type.

I don't understand why this bothers people so much. Is it hurting you? No. Let them do what they want.

Fair point, but the majority listed in the comments are animated characters.

The "happy" heroes everyone is naming are all from animated TV shows or movies. Of course they're happy, they're from kids shows . . .

The breed is a Staffordshire Terrier, not Pitbull. However, this dog is not a Staffordshire Terrier and appears to be a mix.

When doctors become teachers 6 comments

I can relate. My social's teacher makes us take notes all day everyday and his writing is so illegible that everyone in the class has to take their own notes from the textbook later. When I confronted him about it he tolds me that his writing is unique and refuses to even make a slight effort to write better. Oh, how I love high school!

I used to work at a grocery store and since I'm pretty short, I couldn't reach the top shelf and basically had to cart around a stool while stocking the shelves. It sucked.

Accurate. So frickin' accurate. Except it's not so much "spilled" as "exploded out of you're lady parts and drowned you're underwear (and potentially bed if you're unfortunate enough to be caught off guard)"
