Poor contract negotiating leads to these issues.
It took me a solid 3 weeks of drafting to formulate a fair contract that fits both sides, but doesn't breach any moral codes.

and I don't agree with the argument that Theists don't believe in Science.
I don't fully agree with all of the theories that Science has, but Scientific facts, I do believe in.
God created it, but it's a machine that must also function without him commanding it to do so every second.

I do believe in God.
But i don't blame him for the ills of the world. Did he know they would happen? Yes. Humans are the why though, our flaws, fallibility, and imperfection cause them. But we can try and be better.

aaagh i love rain. At work I'll go outside and just stay there if it's raining. i do make a bit of a mess coming back in dripping wet, but I'm happy and my coworkers get a kick oyt of my realy dopey grin

The hand is useful. Helps out alot. He tries his best though, but since the arm broke up with him, it's been rough.
