It's not body shaming... She obviously worked hard for what she looks like now. No one says that she looks bad in the first pic, WE are only acknowledging and respecting something she is proud of. Also, it doesn't look like anorexia, considering the amount of muscle she has. Of course, none of us know what really happened so there is no point arguing about it,
