I am just a very thin layer of charming with some funny sprinkles wrapped around a huge creamy center of raging arrogant a-hole.

Not necessarily... he's playing Johnny Silver hand, a key charecter in Night City in Cyberpunk. He was missing and presumed dead after the Arasaka headquarters was nuked.

He might only be just a digital ghost that only the player can see and hear... but then again, Johnny was also a deck runner and he might have been able to transmit himself into the 'net and this is his full mind.

OR, this just might be Johnny's triumphant return.

That last bit there in your first bit @atreinero, is the key: "We are all adults..." and human too.

That said, were I to attend a course relating to Astronomy and/or Physics taught by a professor who is published in the literature, made a signifigant discovery or even is a Nobel Lauriate... rest asured I would conduct myself to a much higher standard.

'nuff said.
Or maybe Steven Fry.

Aaaannnddd apparently no more URL's in the comments anymore. That's just great. Spammers ruin it for everyone.

I want you to think long an hard about that.
About flying cars.

Do you trust other drivers? What percentage of them?
A majority... or a minority of other drivers that you think you can trust to operate their vehicles within the laws of the road and local customs.
To merge properly, to change lanes correctly.
To drive the apropriate speed for the road and the lane they are in.

Now, imagine the average driver and remember that half of them are stupoder than that.

And you want to give them flying cars?

No fucking thank you.

They did so with the support of his family and his daughter said this on the red carpet for the premier:

“He always said, ‘Keep my name alive. Let them know who I am.’ So he would be thrilled by all of this, definitely,”

That's the thing, most of those pukes don't know how it works. If they had a sliver of a hint and were genuine buisness people and real internet social media whatevers, they'd know that:
1) You buy it first at cost.
2) THEN deduct it from your taxes as an operational expense.

Otherwise, free goods have to be declared at retail value as income on your taxes.
I'd loooove to hear about an influencer going toe to toe with the IRS over unreported income.

Hold on now...
Maybe the movies he is making just aren't for you. Maybe they are for a different demographic.

Look, I don't care for his recent work either and all that means is that they aren't made for "me" anymore.

Fact is, is that he probably doesn't have to work anymore at all and he's ony in it for the lols. If he can invite all his buddies over film some some shenanigins and make a fairly sucessful movie out of it, then that's effing awesome. He wins.

Here's the thing... as @guest_ points out, there are some who would cherry pick verse for their own means, whatever they may be.
Weather it's genuine and heart felt or woefully misguided.

A new thing I learned... and this might be cherry picking too, but the best way to counter someone who could be described as... perhaps over zealously evangelizing, is to say to them:

Mathew 6:5-8.

Cool, thanks.
The funny thing is... as late as this reply might be, it found me while I'm traveling for work in Vermont.

Smell, yes... but hear? Probably not.

After you got bored with the cap gun after 5 minutes, your ears are probably still ringing after you smacked with the whole roll with a hammer.

This film can not be praised enough.

In astronomy, it's not an approximation.
It's called an error bar.

And honestly, if the math from the mathamaticians and sensory equipment from the engineers were better, the astronomers wouldn't need those error bars. :p

But hey, it is getting better.
