what i understand is this:
when he says that 'the cheapest women is the one who you pay for' he refers to hookers whom you pay for
they are the cheapest in contrast with other women who you are in a relationship with as one has to bear cost of dates etc.
the prettiest tend to be the most expensive as they are harder to impress or please..
