because he's a socialist. his policies will raise taxes for EVERYONE, he is just as corrupt as the others, just gets less coverage so people don't realize it, he will destroy the economy and make life in this country terrible. all of his proposed policies are based on how he claims it works in other countries despite the fact that those policies have failed in 100% of the countries he claims they work in. the only people who listen to him are the people too stupid to do any real research into whether or not his claims actually hold any water.

He isn't conservative. He's just saying he is. He was a democrat who supported Clinton, Gore, Kerry and Obama until he decided he wanted to run and switched to the Republican Party. Nothing he is saying is small government or traditional conservative at all. He is for big government. He's an authoritarian. Nothing short of it.
