In many forms of satire, features are often exaggerated to make the satire more easy to understand. (eg obama's ears in hundreds of political cartoons) If you get offended at satire, you are one of the reasons people are losing faith in humanity.

I mean, if he was a lead ball, he could, but humans are slightly more squishy and would be highly damaged by not one but 2 high speed collisions. Not to mention the fact that he grabbed the guy in the front seat, and somehow dodged the headrests, dashboard, etc

I think this lifestyle is absolutely viable and livable, HOWEVER, posting about it on Instagram is a great way to squander all your credibility. It's very easy for a family to sell their house, buy a bus and convert it into a mobile home (I should know, my family's done it,) but if they're truly living for the sake of living, they wouldn't brag or lord it over people who have chosen to live life differently.
