My friend was lucky enough to get custody of his kid but the mother still gets visitation although supervised and only two hours a month my friend had the choice to supervise the visits himself of appoint somebody so he chose another member of his family he doesn't even want to be in the same state as her but can't get court permission to move without giving her unsupervised visits so he's stuck.
