Years ago, some TAFE colleges in Australia (trade schools, not university but tertiary education) ran free childcare centres staffed by students studying Childcare courses, giving the students supervised work experience and mothers a chance for an education. Given the profit margin of universities and colleges, rostering students of Education to run similar childcare should be a feasible option.

Mother of 3 here. What are you teaching your kids about patience, consideration for others, and being entitled to special treatment for just existing?
