For a lot of women, we don't care if you look perfect as long as you have confidence. The way you carry yourself means a lot more than what you'd think.

At Costco there is a brand of chicken that turned the bar code into a barn. The cashiers have trouble finding it every time.

Not everywhere else. In congested areas you're more likely to run into rude people that dislike tourists. It really depends on how your personality and their personality combine. I live in the southeast and people are very sheltered but caring.
