This is the first time I'm seeing this image and upon closer inspection, I've come to the conclusion that the photo can't be a live recreation of the drawing. The proportions are too perfect, everything fits down to the tiniest details.

So yeah, it's not about not being capable, but she's in the news for it while the millions of immigrant children aren't, in fact they're even looked down upon by some people.
