Yeah, I'm reading the post and I'm like, uh did I miss anything? I didn't see anyone trying to make her sympathetic. Like sure she's stylish but if her style comes at the price of murdering animals, she's nothing but despicable.

Tip: if you get an error message while posting a comment (something like "an error occurred while posting the comment"), it most likely got posted anyway, you don't have to post it twice cause then it's gonna appear twice. I've seen it happen to many people, funsubstance has some bug that makes the error message show up even though the comment has been posted, it's weird and started happening somewhat recently. If you're worried that it didn't get posted and it's a long comment that you really don't want to rewrite, copy it and reload the page, so that if it really didn't appear, you can post it again.

That's a good point actually. If I recall correctly there was one episode where Phineas and Candace's mom had a flashback to a lame date with Doof but that was before Candace was born, and yeah I don't think implied cheating would be something they'd put in a kids' show, and it doesn't fit either character anyway.

Yup, they're from a blended family. As far as I know Ferb's mother isn't revealed or mentioned in the show, idk about Phineas and Candace's father. There's a theory that Doofenshmirtz is Phineas's father because they have a similar head shape. Whereas Ferb has his dad's head shape.

Calling the diet coup/insurrection "just some people walking around and stealing a podium" is like calling all the riots "people walking around, some of them maybe stole some stuff idk". Ignorant at best (especially considering that unlike the riots, this was premeditated and planned weeks in advance), maliciously dishonest at worst.
Anyway before anyone gets on my back about this, imo both are bad, I condemn both the riots and insurrection. That said, whataboutism doesn't really help the conversation move forward. The conversation was about one thing, saying "Yea? BUT what about this other thing!" doesn't really contribute anything of substance but tbh I don't even care, this is a comment section on a meme website, go off on whatever tangent you want.
