Weren't they only around because they wanted to focus on a cure instead of live tv slaughter shows. ( I haven't played the game in ages so could you explain )
Cure stands for Citizens for undead rights and equality, they wanted zombies to have the same rights as the uninfected. So they probably didn't want to cure them.
