Do i wanna know by the arctic monkeys. Here come breakup lucid dreams?
How to lucid dream: a quick guide which works for me
Step one: Prevent your death in your dreams.
There is nothing worse than waking up by being killed or chased. Daydream about things you would do. For example, I made it a rule that I can't die in my dreams. When people try to kill me when I dream, they just freeze and can't kill me. To stop people from chasing me, I use a paralyzing scream, so they will just drop on the floor, covering their ears. OBSESS ABOUT YOUR POWERS EVERY DAY. This will prevent you from waking up from being scared.
Step two: Be very patient.
I mean, you will not have a lucid dream every night. Maybe not even once a week. Maybe not pnce a month, so accept it you'll have to train.
Step three: Blink
Though not recommended when seeing Weeping Angels, blink a lot, especially when you're awake. Notice that when you blink NOTHING changes. Though that might sound normal, it isn't when you're asleep. Images might change and notice that change means your dreaming.
Step four: Remain calm
You may get overexcited over the fact that you know you're dreaming and BOOM! you wake up. Keep calm and stay relaxed. When you train, you can do crazier things, without waking up from excitement.
Step five: Have fun and do whatever the hell you want.
I hope this will help!
A long time ago, I remember watching a Narnia movie with my family. When I went to sleep, I dreamed about a battle, but it was underwater… Anyway, when we won, I was lying down and staring at the sky, and I suddenly thought, "Okay, time to wake up." Then I started blinking and I woke up… Dammit past Vivid, you should have seized the moment.
I had a lucid dream just the other day. I jumped from train to train while being chased by Peter who was trying to stab me in the eye with a butter knife, then I injected him with some Abnegation serum and I woke up.
