It's much more comfortable the second way. I used to be the #1 person and I felt like shit every morning. Then I decided to set more alarms and it was way better, because when the first few alarms ring, you have the awesome feeling that you can still stay in bed. Then you have to get up when the last one rings, but you feel more refreshed. I'm a proud #2 person now.
assuming the last alarm would be the same time as if you had just set 1 alarm, you'd actually be getting a lot more rest from just the 1 alarm. You really don't get much rest waking up every few minutes to hit snooze.
Yes, that makes sense indeed, but waking up earlier and slowly and having time to regain full consciousness and control over your body is much better that waking up later but having to get up immediately. I remember I once fell asleep and then woke up 5 minutes before I had to leave for training. I got up and left fast and I felt really weak, my knees were giving way for 20 minutes afterwards. So now I rather lay in bed for 20 minutes instead of feeling like a weakling for 20 minutes after waking.
Haha, yeah- Feeling you there. Though, I am SO not a morning person. *Internal thoughts: What is so awesome about that training that is is worth early wake up call?* But for the norms who actually drink coffee and get hyped after, I think that would be their predestined caffeine time. Right? :)
And i'll get out of bed after the last alarm
