even if you had a seatbelt strapped to the earth, the sudden stop at that velocity would most likely turn the belt into a knife, shredding you to bits

Due to the force it would shatter every bone In your body. It would start with the bones the seatbelt was touching then the extreme vibrations would move up and around your body shredding, tearing muscles and liquidating bones. So much fun
