I use the jawbone up. It has that silent alarm and it's fantastic. Seriously people, it's a MUCH better way to wake up.

I need this and I'm not deaf, just a heavy sleeper.

Hotels are required by ADA to have bed-shakers that hook up to the phone. The person places the shaker under the bed, and when the phone rings (like for a wake up call), the thing goes off and feels like a really strong vibrate on a cell phone.

I use a dawn simulator. (not deaf) but it's a much more peaceful way of waking up than an annoying sound.
