I might have believed this but I don't see any good reason why the cutlery has to shrink to match the portion sizes. I can tell you now that Europe is not populated by people with tiny child hands. The one labelled "Europe" looks like it's a knife a fork set my three year old uses.

Coming from a European, this is completely inaccurate.

This is like saying that the average person has one boob, half a vagina and penis and 3,999 limbs.

And the oddest thing about this? The Europeans charge MORE for that miniscule portion of food.

No idea what this is even talking about. Been to much of Europe several times and their servings always seem to average much larger than most American restaurants. Not to mention they seem to, more often than not, have more courses than American restaurants too.
