Okay I might have exaggerated that a bit... haha... but it's true, I do drink a lot of water and it's not every night that I wake up to pee but when I do it's always between 3 and 4. It's so annoying when you're having a beautiful dream and it suddenly turns into a dream where you're looking for a bathroom because you have to pee so bad.
I'm up till 4 A.M. Most nights Because I can't sleep and it's starting to be a serious problem. An average of one night every two weeks I won't sleep at all... (@_@)
I feel you. I there are AT LEAST eight nights a month I don't sleep at all. Other than that, I either sleep two hours a night or 20... There is no middle ground. I sincerely hope you've found a solution by now!
