It is old, but seems accurate (although brief). The school did later say that the student did not "tell deputies the truth about what happened ... and ... refused to cooperate" and that this led to the suspension. Full story:

What exactly are you supposed to do about it? It's in the past, and believe it or not, some of the people on funsubstance aren't old enough to actually have their voices counted in the government yet, even if they live in the USA
