It's not Chernobyl, it's pipyrat (think that's how you spell it) the town purpose built for the workers of Chernobyl.
It was abandoned when Chernobyl had its meltdown. It's pretty much illegal to go there but plenty of people do.
There's even a film that was set there, can't remember what it's called though.
Either way, you can go into Pripyat and still be safe if you are in the exclusion zone, 30 km away. If it is the amusement park, although the pics don't seem to match it, you could probably stay there 6 hours and get less radiation than a 2 hour flight... It's pretty safe.
It's not Pripiat. The picture of the coaster and the "cool zone" sign is from Six Flags New Orleans, which was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. I just recognize that photo, but it's probably safe to say a couple more are from there as well.
The ferris wheel at pripyat is larger, has roofed carriages, isn't overgrown, and is on a paved area.
This is just some random picture of an overgrown ferris wheel.
I didn't see the other pictures when I posted that. Although still none of these are from pripyat. There wasn't an amusement park at Pripyat, just a ferris wheel and bumper carts (Dodgems) which were set up for the world fair.
Chernobyl is in Ukraine, I think, anyway I know for sure it's not in any English speaking countries so I doubt the signs would be in English. Like first comment said. None the less the images are eerie.
