Me too...for some reason I thought the photos were going to show her getting stronger and healthier. Fucking cancer.

I don't mean to get personal but as a survivor myself these posts strike me on such a different level. It is not a loss but rather a celebration of life and life is beautiful.
Congratulations, man. I hope your health continues to be good and your life happy.

Wow, thank you! It is incredible to see how beautiful, kind and encouraging "strangers" can be simply because they can empathize. And it swells up my heart to the point where I don't want to let go of any of it. Like Jennifer's tombstone says "I loved it all" and with all due respects to her beautiful life and difficult journey, Thank You for giving me the strength to continue mine :)
This post breaks my heart, it's so personal, my father suffers from cancer and he refuses the chemo because he had it before and it was awful. I'm afraid of losing him. I'm sorry for bothering you with this but I want to say it out load.
Try some alternative therapies, like IP6 or EGCG supplements; cancer craves iron and these supplements help mop up extra iron. Cannibis oil is also useful for stimulating appetite and reducing pain.
This may not be the appropriate place but I thought it was funny. The other day I was with my mom at a friend of hers house and they started talking about this person with aids and how(as they believe) you can contract it from touch and through coughing/sneezing/saliva and that when you go to visit them you have to wear scrubs and gloves and masks over you mouth so you won't catch it and I was doing my best to not crack up the entire time so when we left we got in the car and I was just like "mom I have to talk to you, you have no idea what you're talking about" and that's just one of the many times I've had to be an educator to my parents. Sad, really.
Totally wanted to cry
