I'm gonna assume llamafish is talking to me...0 is basically reaching the operator and 411 is information, I didn't really get it from anywhere exactly just when I needed assistance someone around me would recommend it to me. Also 211 where I live can be called and it will put you through to the chamber of commerce in town and they will give you information on local government and business.
