Must be different here in the UK then as they can't stop you taking you're own stuff in. Have always done it and always will and haven't once been stopped or had it taken away
It is apparently actually for health hazard safety purposes or something, as you are sitting in a dark room full of strangers and food, and a person with e.g. peanut allergy may be affected if they accidentally consume some of your snack/if powder from your snack (e.g. peanuts) enters their snack. So most foods offered at cinemas are thus provided with the aim at being allergy-free (major food allergies).
I've never had B&J, what flavours do they have? Also, what other snacks do you guys have? We have water, soda, slush puppies, popcorn, smarties, whispers, jelly tots, and astros.
Never had Ben and Jerry's!?!? Get yourself to the supermarket and get your flavour on!!!
At the cinema we have pick and mix as well as packet sweets of all kinds. Hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, any drink you can think of!
I've never seen Ben and Jerry's here tbh. Will try it if I ever see it. Which flavours would you recommend?
You guys are lucky, that's such a wide range of choice :D
I walk in with the shopping bag in plain view. When I make eye contact with the staff they just laugh and nod. Even the staff know we can't afford a small caf every time we go to the movies.
