Perhaps the humidity has something to do with it. I know I feel like committing violent and/or strange acts when it's especially humid.

Yup lol, I was born and raised in AZ which is one of the most arid places you can live. Whenever it gets to 30% humidity I'm miserable. :b

Then you would hate FL weather. It's rarely below 50% humidity, usually around 70-95%.
Currently it's 95% in my city.

Fun fact: there was a fight in a parking lot of a plaza in my city, and one guy got hella pissed and stabbed the other person in the face. Ahhhh, gotta love Florida.
