as a father, i have a protective instinct to all children, i'd never hurt or betray them, but i am also aware of the stigma that portrays.

The best part is when she is asked about the ice cream, and she wiggles (something like that) her shoulders in an adorable way. It is so cute it makes you go asdfghjkl

It's far more likely that it would be a man, though I see what you are saying. In America (I don't know what country these people are in), the percentage of male abductors in "stereotypical kidnappings" is about 90% (though that seems kinda low), and the abductees are predominantly female (according to this shady website I found). I had trouble finding reliable statistics, however. But with a child so young, it's probably fine for now that the mother warns against strange men; she'll probably change to just strangers in general as the child gets older.
