Do get one if you're willing to walk it every day for 3 hours, able to handle the massive shedding, and are not getting a specific breed of dog just because of their appearance without simple research into their behaviors

That, and be ready to be drug literally on the ground if it sees something it wants to chase. It is a sled dog after all, bred for pulling heavy loads.

I have 6 Siberian husky/ Alaskan malamute dogs. Each and every one of them thinks they are a person.
