See he's a really good guy. He only yells at adults who claim to be the best in the world but can't cook something simple. They should know better so he yells at them. But kids are learning but need guidance so he gives it to them. He really is a nice guy.
He also yells at them to prepare them for a stressful environment (AKA the kitchen they get to work at if they win) and to weed out those who cant take the heat.
Guest, for your information certain unorthodox sects have theorized in their lore that human have the traits of both angels and demons, hence their capabilities of both good and evil. And thus to reach salvation they must cleanse themselves of the demonic taint.
Watching those kids cook is amazing. Not just b/c they cook food that is delicious and they have stools to reach the cooking surface but mainly b/c they're always congratulating and encouraging each other. They're nice to each other. No bickering, no infighting, no back biting, no double agendas. They cook. They do well and they try.
With Gordon Ramsey and the other hosts encouraging them is hilarious. They're helping and encouraging and think of good things to say. I loved the moment when Ramsey says "OMFG" for "oh, my food god!" and the little girl is laughing, thinking something else "b/c you have that reputation." I lost it!
