Yep! Mine eat so much grass we have to give them a feed block to supplement their diet when the grass dies or they'll start eating the oleander. (which is poisonous)

Chickens are opportunistic scavengers they will eat almost anything if they want to, I've seen a chicken chase a bug for almost an hour once I've also seen them pick undigested grain out of cow crap.

if a mouse is anywhere near my flock they hunt it down and eat it.

That's common, mostly that's in defense of the eggs since mice will destroy them.

Chickens can be cannibalistic, they will eat chicken meat. People need to remember that animals can be just as cut-throat as people can, get over it, and just eat some meat like we're meant to.

I mentioned that they will eat meat which includes their own species, on a historical note back in the early 1900's they actually made special glasses specifically for chickens to 'blind' them against blood so they wouldn't mob injured chickens.
