Honestly, the only songs I like from her are Shatter Me and Dragon Age: Inquisition soundtrack cover. I tried listening to the others and they're too dubstep-y for my taste. When I want to listen to something that has violins in it, I rather go for classical music. When I want to listen to something energic, I go for Rise Against. That's just my taste though, and I suppose I can understand why so many people like her.
Lindsey Stirling is the best there is out there. I recently got back to listening to her music, and I like the new ones she came out with. Have you heard Roundtable Rival and Shatter Me? They're amazeballs~

I'd also like to add (yup, adding stuff after 5 weeks) that if you like classical music rather than the modern style, you may like Ludovico Einaudi, Roberto Cacciapaglia and Fabrizio Paterlini. I started liking Einaudi because I fell in love with the soundtrack he made for Les Intouchables, then looked up his music and the music of similar artists and I totally dig it. It's mostly piano, but also a bit of violin and sometimes even singing, but rather like wailing, because it has no lyrics. But man, the melodies. Those are melodies to die for. My favourite at the moment is Atlantico by Cacciapaglia.
Pentatonix are amazing.
