5 = Go 8= Hachi
6 = Roku 9= Kyuu.

For 4 and 7, 4 by itself would be shi and 7 by itself would be shichi. If you were to say for example, number 4, then it would be yon. Or, anything after 10 like 14 would say by itself four like yon. Number 4 would be yonban and 14 would be jiuyon btw.
To be fair Eito is because the write down eight like that as there is no such thing as a GHT in japanese the more similar sound is TO same happens with number 4.
