Yeah, I think Audrey is physically more attractive than Marilyn for a start, but more importantly, she is a far better role model for people than Marilyn is.
Marilyn Monroe was duped by a president, shut up by everyone she knew, and had numerous miscarriages. Why is she any less worthy of mention, than Audrey? You people need to get a life and look at what their real lives were like, not believing internet hype. Regardless of how someone died, why does how many babies they lost become a competition? Norma Jean played a part, s troll her all you like, but she was by far the most adaptable actress than Hepburn, who was really only famous for one or two roles. Hepburn did not live the parts, Monroe did. Grow up people and stop venerating stars because their information is in front of you on the internet.
There was another post about Monroe yesterday, you should look for it. Hepburn had a much more fulfilling life. She became a profound humanitarian in her later life, assisting with UNICEF and the likes. Marilyn Monroe partied, took drugs, and slept around. Their film careers should hold no weight in the value of their lives to the public.
You have to remember Audrey is a human and not perfect. I've loved her since I was little. But she did not quit acting to have children. She married a co-star and had a son. Then she and her hausband and extra marital affairs to which led their divorce. She then made more movies and married an Italian man and hand another child while filming movies. She suffered a miscarriage while fillming a film but went right on to finish because she was a professional. She did not quit to have babies but she did care for her children above all else.
Actually Monroe had an IQ of 168. She wasn't dumb people just type casted her as such. To add, yeah she never had a formal education but it wasn't her choice she was in and out of foster care since she was 11. She was very sensitive about not being formally educated but she was anything but dumb.
I have to say, I love Audrey more than Marilyn(Anyone seen "How to Steal a Million" or "Breakfast at Tiffany's"?) though I wouldn't agree with the description on Marilyn. Both actors have their own talents and their own ups and downs.

Yes Marilyn got caught up in drugs, but other than that she was a smart woman with one hell of a good voice and good acting skills. While she wasn't another Mother Theresa, she still did acts of kindness.
Yes Hepburn did a lot of good in her life, but she was human and made mistakes as well. I really wish people would stop discrediting Marilyn just because she's stereotyped as a dumb blonde, because she really wasn't. You don't need to have the world know what good deeds you do to be a good person.
Nobody will remember either in the next 60 years. Also, people tend to take celebrities differently in other countries. Whatever the woman on the rights name is, I honestly can't remember right now, is an American and therefore is famous in America. The woman on the left was/is famous in her native country and therefore is unknown throughout the majority of the world.
