That's because they're drawn like anime and every gender looks female in that art style.

I think some of the clothing is styled very femininely too and that also makes them look more feminine. Especially since most of these are period pieces so the male clothing should be more different from the female. Best example of this is Elsa dude. Would be interesting with a little facial hair on some also.
My favorite is the genderbent Esmeralda because think then how even MORE crazy Frollo would gone because he'd feel attracted to him just like he did with female Esmeralda
Second last picture is Elsa's coronation robes. Second last person is little genderbent Kristoff and Sven. Second last fandom is Esmerellda from the Hunchback of Notre Dame.
