Depends on where you live in the US but the majority of places I've been have those.

Yeah, I guess I should have been clearer. They have them in most every one where I live, in my state and the surrounding ones.

Virginia, and I've seen them in MD, WV, KY, and OH.

I live in Missouri and have seen them in Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and in Nevada.

We have special room for changing stations. Not any gender evolved, just door with the sign "Changing station" on it.
