Yes he does. He's like a solar battery that's charged from yellow suns; that's why his race wasn't super back on Krypton. Krypton's sun was red.

Tylerchu, you're on the right track. Superman's abilities are the result of his cells absorbing the radiation of the young sun that centers our solar system. It's almost like his powers are due to his adapting to planet Earth and it's atmosphere.
Batman is just rich and a good fighter for a human, Tony's a genius and im the suit he would flatten Bruce. Out of the suit he's also a fighter and intelligence is very important in a fight. Also he has superhero friends, Superman doesn't like Bruce.
I'm 98.6% sure that Tony Stark would make his suit EMP immune...

Also @deanancas Batman in the comics is portrayed as being at genius level. He is frequently described as the greatest detective the world has ever known.
If we're in a straight up brawl (like in a controlled fight ring) intelligence isn't a huge deciding factor. Instinct probably is.
Are we talking a bare knuckle fight or with equipment? Bare knuckle, Bruce would definitely stomp Tony but with equipment, Batman's is too unrestrictive, allowing for hyperextending joints and all that whatnot; even if he does have really good armor, the chinks in it allowing for mobility are dangerous. The Iron Man suit allows is all encompassing and is a self-contained environment. Also, it doesn't matter how strong you are, if you can't break the shield you can't get the meat.
An electromagnetic pulse won't do anything to Tony's suit since he powers it with multiple energy sources, including the arc reactor in his chest. He has also built protection into his suit because he knows an emp is something his enemies will try and use against him so he can sense it and stop it before it happens. The only thing batman will do is fuck up his batmobile and leave himself defenseless so Iron Man can kill him.
Both heros are good. it's really hard to tell who would win that fight but it would be awesome to watch. It doesn't really matter which one is cooler or more bad ass. They're both cool bad assess
