I can now imagine Micheal Bay just pointing at people and they explode and then everyone else explodes.
And then he just starts exploding all of his staff and replaces them with hot women who don't even know what to do and the head of staff would be like Shia LaBeouf

Did you see Shia's TED talk? Someone posted it a couple days ago. That's how I picture him as head of staff. DO IT! JUST DO IT!
