A word if warning, don't ever do this. Most extinguishers, unless recently purchased, are carbon based, and will kill someone if sprayed too much. You will suffocate.
Aren't most of them a powder or foam? CO2 is only used in the smaller ones I think because it's not very efficient at combating large fires simply due to the fact that CO2 is a gas.
Evarno, you won't say that if you die from suffocation or toxins from the extinguisher. Maybe my warning is a bit out dated, but there are those based off carbon. For bigger fires perhaps?
Carbon-based chemicals (like...literally every organic compound) or carbon dioxide?
You're right, CO2 is used

in type B and C (non-cooking liquids and electricity), but the most common type of extinguishers are ABC which are monoammonium phosphate which is not fatal unless you for some god awful reason binge consume it. It's a mild irritant, that's all.
I challenge you to suffocate on CO2 (or any other nontoxic gas) within five seconds. It's impossible. If it were CO2, the "victim" would immediately tear up, their sinuses would fill, and they would start violently coughing and recoil from the source of CO2. I know from personal experience with concentrated CO2 gas.
I'd assume inhalation of the foam would cause more than CO2 to be in the lungs, and it's not like the foam dissapates quickly, so if you did inhale some out of panic or shock OR something and it did get in your lungs I'd venture to say you would have some complications. I'm not a doctor or anything so take it with a grain of salt. Not everyone who gets sprayed by one is going to die, just those stupid enough to spray someone in the face with one would be the ones I'd think die lol.
I'm saying that you have to actively try to consume it in order for it to be any more dangerous than initiating a coughing fit. If there was any danger, I'm pretty sure the public safety department of whatever would prohibit the chemicals. Especially considering that dangerous and toxic things get even more dangerous and toxic when heated, and even more so when oxidized (flame'd).
If you were to spray it in a baby's face yeah that's dangerous, but to an adult like this (or anyone over 13 years old really...) the most you could do with what you have is give them a rather large rash for a few days.
Sorry no offence meant

the safety page of monoammonium phosphate
the powder causes mild irritation in the respiratory tract with ACUTE inhalation.
