Except, eighteen year olds aren't being sent overseas.
They're going of their own accord, each for their own reasons.
And quite frankly, there are good reasons as to why you shouldn't send 60 year olds into a firefight.
The old guy isn't talking about WW2 or 'Nam, and neither am I.
There's also the fact that sending old people to fight there for the first time would've been an extremely bad idea in both cases.
I always disagreed with mandatory military service and the extremely low age barrier for future militants to be recruited, but I never thought of it like this. This guy has some amazing points. Tony for Director of Military or Whatever Important Post Relating to Military Command 2KXX!
Oh yeah, I would fucking eat up my hat if old people are actively deployed to fight.
They can't run
They get sick easily
They're weaker
