I'm truly and deeply sorry for your burden, but you were just a child... You need to find forgiveness within yourself because with the years of regret you clearly didn't mean it.
I totally understand you (I lived this situation). This is not your fault, this was your feeling of the moment, not what you were really thinking. You will feel better with the time.

I don't feel bad for this kid at all. Entitled kids these days need to get hit by a hard dose of real life.

Wow. What the fuck guest. To most kids who have never had anyone they know/love die, death is just a concept and isn't really taken seriously until they experience loss firsthand. There were times growing up that I was so pissed at my sisters that I wished they would just disappear or were never born. Now they're both gone and I regret ever thinking that, every day of my life. It has fuck all to do with entitlement and NO KID deserves to suffer loss like that or learn a life lesson that way. Grow the fuck up and think before you say ignorant shit like that
