Yeah thats true but when you jump up those falling rocks dont you exert force inspite of your mass or am i just over thinking this

They have enormous strength proportional to their mass so I think that's the argument.

Well...
inversely proportional is y=b+1/mx in which strength grows as size shrinks.
I'm thinking more like y=mx+b in which m is a gigantic number. Strength grows with size but much faster.
