Fun fact: Hitler was never kicked out of art school. He applied multiple times and was repeatedly rejected. The "dean" (for lack of a better word) noticed his talent for shaping in 3D space and buildings especially, and recommended that he become an architect. However, since Adolf grew up believing he would become an artist, he ignored his studies and never even completed the equivalent of graduating high school, which was a requirement to even apply for the school of architecture. He then began to develop his ideas of a superior Aryan race, and joined the National Socialist German Worker's Party as a founding member. It was there that he recognized his passion and skill for speaking, and became the forefront of the Party, eventually turning it into the Nazi party. His skill was such that post-WW2 he became known as the "Master Of Propaganda" for his success in swaying an entire nation into his twisted beliefs, and even convincing enough to have all power transferred to him.
Making him essentially the dictator of Germany. Before Hitler's rise to power, Germany had an almost democratic government, where leaders were voted into office, as Adolf Hitler originally was.
