That's not really accurate. Carson is currently leading the Republicans, and despite what the media says, I honestly think Sanders is leading the Democrats, though I hope to God he doesn't get the nomination.

I agree. I think that if Clinton gets the Democrat nomination, whoever the Republican nominee is will have a good chance of winning the presidency as long as the Republican nominee isn't Trump.

Sanders isn't a "little bit" socialist. He is a self professing socialist. He wants to tax every business and wealthy person at 90%. He will drive small business into the ground. The economy will tank. His policies are based on countries that have already failed under socialism, but he isn't telling anyone that. His plan would be so terrible I honestly am saving to move out of the country just in case he wins. He isn't the lesser of two evils. He would be the absolute worst thing for this country. I'd vote for Trump over him.
Honestly, neither Sanders or Clinton are ideal for this country. Just like how people might call out republicans and say "They're just another Bush." Well, guess what? Clinton is just another Obama and we don't need another potential 8 years of that.
The funny thing is that the 90 percent tax is completely false and it's basically just propaganda for the uninformed and uncaring to believe in.
I've searched through many different legitimate, unbiased resources and, from what I can tell, he's literally the only candidate with an actual plan that he intends to follow through with. Also, many of his proposed socialist policies have been successfully implemented in multiple countries. So, basically, thepacifist, you're misinformed and I would like it if you were to educate yourself on these basic issues.
Hate to break it to you, but he did in fact say he would have no problem taxing at 90%. Socialism has failed everywhere it has been implemented. Capitalism has dropped the percent of the population living in absolute poverty from 55% 20 years ago to less than 10% today. Bernie's voting record doesn't even line up with his campaign promises.

I am very well informed on economics, business, and the history of socialism vs capitalism throughout the world. His plan is doomed to ruin the country. What this country really needs is free market capitalism. Things started going downhill when we moved away from capitalism and became more socialist. If you think we have capitalism now, you don't understand how the market works.
Debating with you would be highly unproductive. Because, you absolutely refuse to put an honest effort forward to educate yourself. I mean, you started off with the 90% tax rate thing, which was just Trump flat out lying and twisting information, and you obviously did absolutely no research on it to determine its validity. Also, I've looked into the rest of what your saying and I couldn't find much that backs it but I'll give you the benefit of a doubt until I can study it a bit more thoroughly. You're trying to say that you are so well informed on all these subjects but to me it seems like you're just another person who heard the word socialist and freaked out a little bit.

What? Socialism is slavery. It's surrendering freedom to a government that has proven time and time again to violate people's freedom. Socialism has a long history of failing, causing increased poverty and taking freedom away from people. It has no successful stories.
Bernie Sanders has literally said he wants to take away your options because you don't need so many options. That's not freedom. He wants to control you. The man would be a tyrant.

Sort of. There's almost always an option for write-in and some people will write in random, fake names or vote for people that aren't running like cartoon characters or celebrities.
You could adopt the "grandpa" look and then when people mention your age you can compare them to the people who were going on about Obama's birth certificate. XD
