I read abe Lincoln made it a rule that everything on the internet is true and if you put a lie on it you get exiled from it.

No, the part including women was added in 1962 by the us supreme court in order to accommodate Sandy B Bernstein petitioning to let females have phones as well, back when Washington was president women weren't allowed to possess cellular or landline phones. The rest is correct though
