Me. I love ketchup on Mac n cheese. But it can't be the velveeta kind, that ruins it. The box with powder has always sucked though- ketchup makes it suck less.
If you mean pesto by "red sauce", then it's definitely not the same thing. Pesto is glorious and doesn't increase the risk of cancer as much as ketchup.
If you mean tomato sauce, we usually do our own so the quality is on an entirely different level because there are actual tomatoes in it, opposed to a bit of tomatoes and a lot of sugar, salt and sodium benzoate (that's particularly what increases the risk of cancer as I mentioned, and it's not only in ketchup but a lot of other stuff as well like soft drinks)
