You can see Mars and Jupiter too. But yeah its like .00000000000000000000001% of the sky.

They have their own names, like aldebaran, altair, vega, alpha centauri, and *of course* sun, to name a few.
"The Sun," is one of the names of our star. A sun, or the suns in/of other systems is also perfectly acceptable and appropriate astronomical language.
