Too all who may be confused... All the notes, most of them are to be played at the same time, so if you see 3 notes on top of each other, that means you play them at the same time. Well, you and 2 other clarinets. See, most music sheets show a singular notation, a single part, but this sheet, which shows EVERYTHING, is for the conductor. So, you may see a single note, but people are playing 7 different things. So yea, this is easy.

Oh shit I thought it was mocking the feeling that clarinet and flute players get of having to be put through survival of the biggest lunged.

This is NOT a score, and even if it was, the notes wouldn't be on the tops/bottoms/sides of the music. It makes no sense, It looks like someone took piano music and messed it all up.

Not what I meant I thought it was mocking some music sheets that are ridiculous like for instance some that have 40 seconds of holding a single note.
