I will respectfully disagree with Disney at least. Gravity falls is really the only good one on Disney (yeah I know it's on Disney XD but don't worry). But now that that's ending in the new year, yeah, it'll most likely be crap. Also I would like to say that The Amazing World of Gumball" is at least tolerable, it has some good story arcs.
TL;DR: Graviy Falls is the only good one on Disney and The Amazing World Of Gumball is okay on CN
I know many people have already said this but shows like Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, Over the Garden Wall, Clarence, Adventure Time, Harvey Beaks, etc, etc... are shows that are pretty well done (to most people).

Steven universe ??? Adventure time ??? We bare bears ??? Over the garden wall ??? There are still some hella good shows on Cartoon Network
I think it's less that their new shows are shit, and more that we're not their target demographic. Our parents probably didn't like our shows that much either
Spongebob still exists, and now that we are older, we are going to think the current shows suck, and we like the old ones because of nostalgia. Its like how people say the new Pokemon games suck but the old ones were great. You grew up with one, outgrew it, and now like it for the joy it used to bring you, but you have no memory of the new ones, so you hate them
One show on Disney that I really like is Liv and Maddie, because it doesn't recycle the same old lessons of "don't lie, don't cheat" etc. over and over again that you see on every other show at some point. It actually deals with relevant issues. Plus Dove Cameron is super cute but you know whatever.

Gravity Falls, for one, is amazing
Only a few shows really stand out to me.
...That's it.
