We took this test at school, each letter combination is put together with an animal to make it easier to remember. I was the tawny owl, I unfourtuantly don remember the letter combo so I'm not sure if it's the same again.
The psychometrics are pretty horrible. As opposed to being on a continium, the scores are just cut off points, meaning one point can make the difference between an introvert and extrovert. In my personality assessment course, this is what we were given as an example of a bad test. Sorry to be a downer :)
That's not a downer, it's pretty much what I expected.

Would you go as far as to say that it is touchy feely nonsense cloaked in pseudoscience masquerading as legitimate psychology?
Most everything I've heard suggests this is the case and that employers that use them as an employee metric should be treated with caution or avoided.
Yeah I feel like if you got one of these test for a job it would be pretty easy to cheat the system and simply answer in a way that makes you seem appealing to the employer.
This is called the Myer Briggs indicator test. It was made to find a suitable career based on personality. Another personality test for careers is called the Holland RIASEC, incase you guys liked this one. (I learnt this in school). :)

The only time I'll care about your feelings is when I like you.
Logic is the driving force.
